Designed for all ages, genders and ability levels, it’s ideal for those returning from injury, easing back into exercise, or anyone who enjoys a slower, more social version of the game. It delivers real health benefits, helping improve mobility and fitness while reducing the risk factors associated with sedentary behaviour.

 

No running. No pressure. No experience required.

 

Whether you’ve never picked up a basketball or you’re confident on the court, everyone plays at the same pace in a welcoming, non-competitive environment.

 

Stick around after the session for tea, coffee and refreshments.
